Meditation Monday

How many times have you said I am going to get that workout in tomorrow? But tomorrow never comes? Well we all are or were guilty of this scenario at one point in time. When beginning anything new (workout, job, class, etc...) its good to have some time before to plan and prepare. This way you can have time to focus and come up with strong execution. Also you have to make sure that you are not jumping into something you know you are not going to finish. So lets focus and get healthy!!!
